Meet Julian
A Proven Protector & Builder.
My name is Jose Julian Claudio Morales, and I'm not a career politician. I'm a son of Bradenton, a man of faith, a builder, and a hard worker who believes leadership is earned through hard work, not empty promises.
Roots of Service: My commitment to the community began long before this campaign. For four years, I served as a volunteer firefighter, facing the flames to protect what we love most: our families. In those critical moments, I learned that in an emergency, it doesn't matter where you come from, but who is there to save you. I feel that same urgency today as I see the direction our county is taking.
The Value of Building: As CEO and a professional carpenter, I understand that nothing lasts if the foundation is weak. I have dedicated my life to building solid structures, ensuring that every nail and every beam is in place. Today, it pains me to see the cracks in our infrastructure, and I am outraged by the lack of integrity among those who represent us. Manatee doesn't need more patches; it needs a complete rebuild based on honesty.
Of the People and for the People: My commitment to you is transparency, integrity, and collaboration. I know what it is like to work hard to provide for a family, and I know what it is like to feel that your voice is not heard in the County Commission.
Goals: Our goals are ambitious. What part sounds impossible? Saving lives with fast response? District 2 families not having to flee their homes due to flooding? A commissioner who puts lives before money? The current leadership's pattern to continue building and assume that the issues will solve themselves is not only lacking a plan, but also lacks ambition. I am not making empty promises. I am not here for developers or special interests; I am here to ensure investment for District 2.
I'm not here to manage the ashes of what we once were. I'm here, with humility and determination, to be the architect of a District 2 where safety, real infrastructure, and integrity are once again the priority. Because this is our home, and it's time to rebuild it together.
